Maniago City Square Live Cam

This live webcam takes you to Piazza Italia, the historic town square of Maniago, in the Italian region of Friuli Venezia Giulia. The streaming camera from the Magris store overlooks Maniago City Central Square and the magnificent Fountain (Fontana Comunale della Piazza) that dates back to the mid-19th century. The landmark is made of Aviano stone featuring an octagonal base, with four semicircular basins and four stairways in alignment with the cardinal directions. There are historic buildings around this spacious square, including the 18th-century palace "Palazzo d'Attimis" and the Cathedral of San Mauro with the bell tower. Maniago lies at the foot of the Alps, in the northeast of Italy. The town, also called 'city of the knife', is known for its history of knife making for more than 650 years, and many are displayed in a museum where you may also buy high-quality antique knives and weapons.
