Port of Le Havre Live Cam

The port of Le Havre is a major French seaport for commerce and passengers. It is also a marina and fishing port on the English Channel. Located in Le Havre, in Seine-Maritime, and extending over several municipalities to the east of the Seine estuary, it was created in 1517 on the order of François I and at the request of a Norman elite. The construction of this port is at the origin of the foundation of the City of Le Havre.
