Charles Bertrand Pavilion Live Cam

Charles Bertrand designed the Grand Hotel as we know it today. His Italian style, all the comforts. In 1892 he became the owner of the Grands Etablissements de Cabourg, then Mayor in 1896 (a position he held for 31 years!). He then clears the way by destroying the Hotel de la plage and the casino to rebuild them better! Finally, in 1907, the new and prestigious Grand Hotel was inaugurated. Charles Bertrand structured the City by completing these facilities by creating Garden-Tennis, near the Church, then the Golf, near the Hippodrome de Cabourg.
