This HD live webcam stream comes to you from the city of Everett in the coastal region of the US state of Washington. In-display is a stretch of Smith Avenue at the intersection with 36th street and the local bridge that carries the major route, Interstate 5. The webcam was set up to increase awareness of the homeless encampment at this place. Everett is north of Seattle, the largest city in Washington, part of its extensive metropolitan area.
