Rialto Bridge Live Cam
Webcam shows a view of the Rialto bridge in Venice, Italy. Rialto is the main bridge connecting the two banks of the Grand canal. The first pontoon, the Rialto bridge, then wooden and based on piles, was built in the 12th century. In 1444 on the ruins was built a new, much larger wooden bridge, which even housed a few shops. Finally, as we can see today, the stone bridge was built between 1588 and 1591 and designed by Antonio da Ponte.
